| What can you say about the weather? Apparently it has been the worst August on record ! My heart goes out to all the people who were flooded out by the recent rains, and to anyone that lost a relative or a friend or even a pet.
I hope the remaining Festivals this month don’t get washed out! We need some fun to cheer us all up, after all it’s been a terrible year, what with the war in Iraq, terrorism, train crashes, plane crashes, my God it’s depressing me!

I better move on quickly to something a bit more light hearted!

ANGEL CITY – Featuring Lara McAllen

The new single "Do You Know" is due to be release on 27th September 2004, it is a fusion of Robert Miles is CHILDREN and the old Michelle Gayle 1996 track "Do You Know", with the customary "New Mix" to it.

Lara is not only a fantastic vocalist but also a brilliant performer, out shinning her peers on stage!

It is definitely destined to be in the Top 5, but I have a hunch it will be No 1!

It’s just one of those records, once it gets into your head you stat humming it, irritating really but that is what makes it such a fantastic track!

This girl will be massive in 2005; she is one of the real talents, and with a Billboard top 100 song already, which is better than any other British Artiste ! The world is her oyster !

 BRITNEY SPEARS

It seems Britney was surprised to be caught by paparazzi the other day, whilst looking at a 7 million Dollar Mansion within the religious a community of Malibu. . She was with her new husband Kevin Federline and was just jumping out her Luxurious limo when they snapped.

Perhaps that is why she is thinking of buying within the seclusion of this community, to be away from the prying eyes !

 BLUE

I hear that Duncan James of Blue is so fed up with London traffic he's taken to riding a scooter a scooter. It is ideal for the London traffic avoiding the central London Charge, but also he can get away from the paparazzi easily, that is if they can recognise him under his helmet!

Andrew Lloyd Webber has also asked Duncan to sing the title track from the his latest musical, 'Lady In White'. The Blue star will record the duet, titled 'I Believe My Heart', with classical music sensation Keedie. Duncan said that he had always been as fan of Webber and he was delighted to have the opportunity .to work with him.

He also said that he had always wanted to appear in a Musical and this was a way of getting his foot in the door so to speak. EMI will be releasing the duet later in the year.

Lee Ryan has been left out of the love songs that Ex-Atomic Kitten Liz McClarnon has written for her solo album. She said that she had written a number of personal songs about former lovers, but obviously not naming them and none of them are definitely about Lee although people might assume that ! But they are definitely not !

All I can say is that it would appear that Lee didn’t ring Miss Clarnon’s bells, maybe because his mind was distracted by the beautiful Lara McAllen !

The Sun reports that Busted star Matt Jay has been left devastated after his mother Linday, just 44 years old, suffered a stroke while he was at her side. "Matt is so shaken up by what happened — it was such a shock," a friend said. "He had a few days off so he took Linda to Wales for a treat — he thinks the world of her and wanted them to spend some quality time together. The collapse came completely out of the blue. Matt rushed her to the nearest hospital where he was told she had suffered a stroke. She is now recovering back at her home in Surrey and Matt has been by her side since it happened.

It’s terrible to hear this, as my own dear mother died form the effects of a stroke, so my heart goes out to him and of all my readers.
