Wake up to Bulgaria!

It doesn't take a genius to see that we are living in very turbulent, exciting at the same time, challenging times.

All of us are always looking for the edge in life; we're looking for something that will help us to win, to expand, to have a competitive edge. The common denominator or skill that any one who is on the cutting edge and one that all successful people have is the ability to consistently anticipate change before it occurs

Anticipation is the ultimate advantage. The word anticipates means to foresee and deal with in advance. When you anticipate, you utilize the capacity to step beyond the present moment, and utilize the future as your leverage. The people that have been able to anticipate trends are the people in the world that are the best at what they do and are incredibly successful and wealthy.

To be successful in property investment you need to anticipate where people are going to go, and then be there waiting for them to arrive.

Growth in tourism means opportunity

Less than 100,000 a year travelled to Bulgaria from the UK prior to 2003.This year that number is projected to exceed 600,000 in 2007.

Bulgarias growth will accelerate with more and more low cost carriers making it easier and less expensive to get there.
